Frontpage nearly done

The Scoopex Site is now at V0.92 and I will finish the News page functionality tomorrow. As you can see, articles like this - posted with the "Add News" link available to members - appear in the Official News pane, while stuff that goes on in the other sections end up in the "Latest Articles" pane, to give visitors at-a-glance information.
